1995 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Coronado 30H Chevy 30’ Class-A

If you’re looking for an affordable, well-kept Class A motorhome with a great, practical floor plan, this 1995 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Coronado 30H is worth a look! Built on the Chevrolet chassis, this 30’ Class A gives you plenty of living and sleeping space without being oversized or difficult to handle.

This is a no-slide floor plan, but Fleetwood did a great job utilizing the space. As you walk in, you have a comfortable couch that folds into a bed along with the passenger captain’s chair. Moving toward the center is the kitchen and dinette, with the dinette also converting into another sleeping area. The kitchen provides good counter space and storage for its size.

The bathroom area features a glass-enclosed shower with a small tub, with a private enclosed toilet room directly across from it. In the rear is the walk-around bedroom, with a comfortable bed and closet/storage space on both sides.

The interior is in great condition for a 1995. The original carpet is showing its age and could use some freshening up, but there are no rips or tears in the furniture and no signs of water damage. The cabinetry and interior have been very well preserved for their age.

The exterior is also in fairly good shape for the year, with some normal cracking/fading on a few of the exterior stripes, but no major dents or dings. It also has outside storage for your camping gear and equipment.

If you’ve been looking for an older Class A that has been well cared for and has a functional, spacious floor plan, this Pace Arrow is definitely worth checking out! The only issue so far is the dash is not working so we currently do not know the exact mileage, the last oil change which was last year showed 30,000 but we cannot be 100 percent on that until we find out.
